Elysian Winter Beer Festival
The 2026 Elysian Winter Beer Festival will be held on 6th February to 7th February 2026.
The Festival will be open from 11am until 10pm on Friday 6th February and 11am until 8pm on Saturday 7th February. The venue has disabled access. Hot and cold food will be available.
Entry is open to all aged 18 and over. Children and dogs (except guide dogs) are not permitted for capacity reasons.
Non-CAMRA Members: £10 includes admission and a festival glass (subject to availability).
Card carrying CAMRA Members: £5 includes free admission and a festival glass (subject to availability).
You can then either purchase beer tokens at admissions (using cash or card) or purchase beer at the bar using contactless.
Unused tokens and glasses are refundable, or the value can be donated to our chosen charity, details of which are below.
Admission is free for designated drivers and offical carers (wristbands issued).

Beer, Cider & Perry List
The chosen charity for this years festival is Ely Food Bank who aim to ensure that no-one in the region faces food poverty. They support people during times of crisis and help them work towards long-term stability.

If you'd like to make a donation at the festival please visit the admissions desk. We'll gratefully accept any unused tokens and/or cash.
Volunteering
The festival is run entirely by volunteers so we need your help with the following:
- Set-up and take-down – including but not limited to, heavy lifting of stillage, bar furniture and casks; loading and unloading vehicles and admissions preparation. Lunch, tea and coffee will be provided.
- Admissions, glass sales and returns – including handling card and cash payments, issuing festival packs, moving boxes of glasses and transporting clean/dirty glasses to and from the dishwasher.
- Bar service – including bar cleaning and clearing.
- Bar service (trade session) – including bar cleaning and clearing. Previous beer festival bar experience is required.
- Membership – advising on and processing new memberships.
- Stewarding – supervising all areas and assisting with safety control.
- First aiders
